Why doesn’t my tracking number work for Domestic orders?

  • We ship Domestic orders by USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope. You will receive a shipping notification email with your Tracking ID number. To check the delivery status of your package, visit: https://www.usps.com
  • Important: Please wait 24 hours before using the tracking number on-line so the post office has time to update the shipping information in its webpage. The tracking number will not work when you try to enter it before that time frame and it might give you the following error message: “The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later.”
  • Don’t worry, just wait 24 hours before trying again, Your package is on its way.
  • Remember that the average delivery time frame for Domestic Priority Mail is 5 to 8 business days.

Why doesn’t my tracking number work for International orders? (destinations outside United States)

  • Because USPS.com no longer offers on-line tracking for packages sent outside the United States by First Class mail international.
  • When we send you a shipping notification email, it will give you the date your package was shipped, but the LC number you see in there (for example LC677784535US) is NOT a tracking number. It’s the Customs Declaration Form number that is attached to your package.
  • The reason we send this number is because it is still used by some countries for package location after the package is inside those countries borders.
  • Only packages sent by USPS Priority Mail Express International offers on-line tracking, but keep in mind their shipping cost is high even when it’s Flat Rate (to Canada is US$41.50 and all other countries is US$59.50
  • We know it may be worrying not to have a tracking number, but it’s very rare for a package not to arrive so don’t stress and remember the average delivery time frame for international orders sent by First Class mail international is 10 to 25 business days.
  • Don’t worry during the transit time to your order’s destination because your package is on its way and we are here to help you with any questions or issues.
